How to exfoliate face?

A facial peeling cleanses the face and brings a pale complexion back to radiance. And best of all: you can easily make your own facial peeling with just a few ingredients. In this article, we read about How to exfoliate face?

MAKE YOUR OWN NATURAL FACIAL PEELING

An effective facial peel can be made from natural ingredients without much effort. You can influence both the intensity of the peeling effect and the choice of ingredients yourself. For your self-made facial peeling, you only need a basic ingredient and an exfoliating ingredient, such as sugar. Match the ingredients to the needs of your skin and adapt them to your skin type.

THESE NOURISHING INGREDIENTS ARE SUITABLE AS A BASE

Olive oil

The oil can be found in every household and is our constant companion in the kitchen. It not only scores with its taste but also with its caring properties. Olive oil contains many vitamins and also ensures that the skin is moisturized. Normal and dry skin in particular benefits from this moisturizing property of the oil.

Tip: Make sure that you use cold-pressed organic olive oil. This is processed particularly gently and is a treat for your skin.

Coconut oil

oil is also an excellent base for peeling. The Asian oil contains antimicrobial fatty acids and provides the skin with plenty of moisture. The antimicrobial fatty acids can prevent bacteria from multiplying, as occurs, for example, in acne. However, in order to produce the peeling, the oil must first be melted. A facial peeling with a base made from coconut oil is particularly suitable for dry and sensitive skin.

Honey

The bees’ natural sweetener scores multiple points: Honey has a calming, anti-inflammatory, and clarifying effect. It is therefore ideal for counteracting skin blemishes and alleviating inflammation. To create a facial peeling, it is best to use cold-centrifuged honey of organic quality.

Quark

This home remedy is also suitable for making a face peeling yourself. The protein-rich quark tightens the skin and supplies it with moisture. Another plus point: Quark has a cooling effect on the skin and is, therefore, a popular helper even with sunburn. A quark-based scrub is especially suitable for oily skin.

Avocado

The superfood contains lots of healthy ingredients such as biotin, magnesium, and vitamin E as well as a high percentage of fat. A face peeling with avocado supplies the skin with moisture and makes it supple. Dry skin in particular benefits from the moisturizing properties of the avocado.

THESE NATURAL INGREDIENTS PROVIDE THE PEELING EFFECT

Sugar

The small, robust sugar grains are perfect for making a gentle facial peel yourself. Use sugar or cane sugar that is as fine as possible.

Sea salt Sea

salt is also ideal for homemade peeling. In addition to its exfoliating properties, sea salt also contains valuable minerals and has a disinfecting effect. Blemished skin in particular benefits from the healing properties of sea salt. However, be careful with sensitive and dry skin: Salt removes moisture and can irritate sensitive skin

Ground coffee

Ground coffee is particularly fine and therefore very gentle on the skin. In addition, coffee promotes blood circulation and thus has an invigorating effect. Tip: Use coffee grounds that have already been brewed. This is particularly fine and soft!

Healing

earth Healing earth is particularly popular in skincare: it absorbs excess sebum and has an anti-inflammatory effect. However, because it removes moisture from the skin, it should not be used on dry skin. On the other hand, if you have blemished or oily skin, you should definitely use healing clay.

Oat

bran Oat bran has a calming and moisturizing effect. Because of its fine structure, it is particularly gentle and is therefore suitable for exfoliating dry and sensitive skin.

THAT IS WHY FACIAL PEELINGS ARE A BEAUTY BOOSTER

Our skin renews itself monthly and replaces old, damaged cells with new ones. However, it does not always manage to completely shed the “sorted out” flakes of skin. The dead skin cells are deposited on our skin and in the long run, can clog the pores of the skin.

This can lead to cornification disorders, blemished skin, and pimples. A facial peeling removes these old flakes of skin and supports the skin in the regeneration of skin cells. This prevents skin blemishes and makes the complexion glow again.
