A hangover is an effect of overdrinking that you experience when you wake up. It is usually said that people who have hangovers from drinking at night suffer from headaches, weariness, shivering, sweating, and many other symptoms. How to get rid of it?
The most difficult part of a hangover is its cure. People might feel more nausea and headache when the hangover is being cured. Eventually, it will go away. A person should:

- You can also have lemon water. Lemon has antacid properties in it. It will make you feel better.
- In case of a severe headache, you can take an aspirin and rest until you feel good enough to resume your daily activities.
- You can also choose to drink strong tea or black coffee. This is because caffeinated drinks may help you feel better.
- If you love to eat sugar, try eating some chocolates or anything sweeter than your usual sugar intake. It will also help you to revive your senses back to normal.
