Strawberry and apple shake

3-4 strawberries                       

1 peeled  Apple                            

4 to 5 Almonds

Half tbsp of Chia seed( overnight soaked in water). 

Milk                                 1 cup 

Ice cream                         2 scope

Preparation 

wash the strawberry and apple and cut them into small pieces, and in the case of almonds, crush them very nicely with a sharp knife.

Put the banana apple, milk almonds, chia seed, and half ice cream in the blender and blend well until it becomes a smooth homogeneous shake.

Pour it in a mug, and on the top, garnish with 1 scope of ice cream. You can also add chocolate, strawberry, or caramel syrup on the top.

Your shake is ready to drink.

Banana and dates smoothie 

Two bananas

2-3 dates

A glass of whole milk

A bowl of yoghurt

2 eggs

Cut the bananas and dates into small slices, put all the ingredients in the juicer blender, and blend that you get a smooth, creamy shake.

Pour this healthy protein shake into the glass and enjoy.

Oat shake 

1 banana

50 grams of oats

3 eggs. (1 whole and 2 whites)

2 tbsp Peanut butter

Ice and cinnamon powder

1 glass of Almond milk

Honey to taste

Preparation 

After peeling and slicing the banana, put all the ingredients except cinnamon powder in the juicer blender and mix well to become a homogenous non-chunky mixture. 

Add ice cubes to the glass and pour your healthy shake on it.

Add a pinch of cinnamon powder and some crushed almonds to enhance its taste.

Energy Shake

1 glass of milk

1 banana

Half cup biscuits without filling 

2 almonds

2 pistachios

Slice the banana and crush the almond and pistachio with a sharp knife.

Simply put all the ingredients in the juicer blender and let them blend smoothly. 

Pour in a big glass and add some crushed almonds on the top with cocoa powder.

Serve and enjoy.
